Snow will fall north of a line from O’Dell to Hebron, Ind.
South of that line, there will be a mix of freezing rain, sleet and snow. The location of this line
and amounts of frozen and liquid precipitation are still uncertain at this time. But significant snow fall is expected and there may be up to a quarter of an inch of ice accumulation by Wednesday morning.
The temperature will remain cold enough this morning for wind chills to be close to 20 to 28 below this morning. The wind has decreased significantly since Sunday afternoon.
