The Chicago Department of Aviation says that about 180 flights are canceled at O’Hare International Airport and delays were averaging about 45 minutes on Monday.
Meanwhile at Midway International Airport there were minor delays and no cancellations.

The National Weather Service has issued a snow advisory for counties in central Illinois through Tuesday morning.
Snow accumulations north of Interstate 80 are expected at between two and three inches, while areas south of Interstate 80 can expect between two and five inches.
