CHICAGO (AP) — A power line fell across all six lanes of the Tri-State Tollway, bringing traffic in both directions to a halt. Illinois State Police say a construction crane apparently hit the line over Interstate 294 on Tuesday morning. Officials say traffic was stopped just south of Willow Road. Police are advising drivers to avoid the area.
