According to publish reports, former “Tonight Show” host Conan O’Brien will start a late night talk show on TBS in November.
O’Brien announced the news via his Twitter account (@conanObrien): “The good news: I will be doing a show on TBS starting in November! The bad news: I’ll be playing Rudy on the all new Cosby Show.”
The show will start at 10 p.m. (CT) and run Monday through Thursday. This will bump George Lopez’s “Lopez Tonight” show to an 11 p.m. start.
O’Brien left NBC a few months ago after NBC executives brought Jay Leno back to the 10:35 p.m. time slot after his prime time show failed.
